These vintage Czech high dome pearl cabochons have a dipped pearl coating over lead-free alabaster glass bases. With a hole in back, Each pearl is dipped multiple times for maximum coverage and quality of finish. However, as with all pearl coated products, over time, small imperfections may show up. These holes also allow these pearl cabochons to be converted into buttons or they can still be used as is as flat back stones.
