Made in West Germany in the early 1970s,. (some boxes are even stamped "1972"). We carry a newer version of this stone from the Czech Republic, But we just found these beauties in a dusty corner ot the warehouse. These glass mosaic stones have painted tops with accented engravings on an opaque base. Each stone has a flat back, with a domed top. As Vintage hand pressed with paint applied individually, each stone will have some variation in color, no two will be exactly the same. As vintage, painted stones, no testing has been done, so not reccomended for children's products.
