Please follow the two steps below to apply for a wholesale account. Once approved, we will provide you with a username and password to shop our wholesale website.

Please note:  the minimum website order purchase is $60 per order.

Step 1:  Because we are a wholesale supplier, you will need to provide us with a copy of at least one of the following business credentials (depending upon what certificates/licenses your state or country issues) so we may determine that you are a business entity and as such, can purchase products on a wholesale basis:

•  Business license 
•  Resale license
•  State sales tax ID 
•  Reseller ID
•  Wholesale/retail license
•  Business tax ID (EIN number)

We need this information because as a wholesaler, we do not collect sales tax and need to maintain records proving that our customers are businesses that can purchase items on a wholesale basis. (Please note:  Social Security numbers are not acceptable.) 

Before we can issue you a login/password, we must receive a copy of your business license or other proof that you are certified to buy on a wholesale basis.

Step 2:  Please fill out the online Wholesale Application Form.  

Once you have submitted the form, we will review your account and if approved, send you a username and password to access our wholesale website.

PLEASE NOTE:  Wholesale account set-up/website access generally takes one business day from receipt of your business credential(s) and Wholesale Application Form submission.
